What is your return policy?

We are a small business, therefore all purchases are final and non-refundable. However, if your product was received damaged, please send us an email with a photo to contact@helpmegrowspeech.com and we will be happy to send you a replacement within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.

When will my order ship?

Your orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 days of receipt of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with updated tracking information once completed.

How may I use your digital products, freebies and images?

We take pride in using and creating our own photos, graphics and resources. Use of media from our website or social media platforms outside of personal use, is strictly prohibited. These products are for single use only. Duplication of any products, digital media, or photographs in part or in whole is prohibited.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship internationally to Canada. Please note, all prices are in USD, standard conversion rates apply for any international orders and Help Me Grow Speech will not be responsible for any customs or duties fees that may be charged upon delivery.
